Reembolsos: Los usuarios pueden solicitar un reembolso completo durante los primeros 3 días después de la compra, independientemente de si ya han realizado el registro en la app.
Plan Infovital Plus:
Reembolsos: Los reembolsos solo son posibles si el accesorio con código QR aún no ha sido enviado. Una vez realizado el envío, no se podrá efectuar ningún reembolso.
Proceso de Solicitud de Reembolsos:
El usuario debe enviar su solicitud a través de un correo electrónico a auxiliar@infovital.co o mediante otros canales habilitados, como redes sociales. La solicitud debe incluir:
Identificación del comprador.
Fecha y medio de compra.
Comprobante de pago.
